To begin with, you really ought to know that I change a lot. I take interest and enjoy a wide assortment of many things; one day fairytales, the next, history. Oftentimes there doesn’t seem much connection in the rabbit trails I go wandering down, but really, you see, there is. I think there’s something beautiful in all things. There’s beauty in what meets the eye as beautiful, in sunshine, in a smile, in daydreams and butterflies, but there’s also beauty when the world seems most dark and terrifying. You just have to look for it, and that’s what I hope I’m doing. In my life, writing, thoughts and words. Anyway, that’s really just to say I go from reading classics and knitting to dreaming of the TARDIS coming for me and enjoying The Lizzie Bennet Diaries. Varied interests, you see. Things that won’t change: my name is Emily, and I always love talking to people so do come talk to me. I’m Catholic. Jane Austen is my favorite author (shockingly hard to pick one, though it is). I work at the library, and it is my hope someday to be a children’s librarian (in the far off future.) So yes, hello.
